Carley (Owner, Wedding Coordinator & Event Planning Specialist)
With over 10 years of wedding planning and special events experience, Carley has helped plan some of 417 Land’s most noteworthy events. From high-profile galas and fundraisers for Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, to corporate meetings, trade shows and holiday parties with BKD, LLP and intimate to elaborate wedding celebrations.
Growing up in Springfield, Carley has extensive knowledge of the local wedding venues and wedding vendors in the Springfield community. Graduating with a Master’s degree in Communications from Drury University she is able to use her background in marketing and local resources to provide her clients with exceptional event planning expertise.
During the event planning process Carley works step by step with each client to bring new, youthful and creative ideas to the table. She applies high-level organizational and time management skills to each project, and develops creative solutions to help each client work within their specific budget.
When she is not busy planning another fabulous event, Carley enjoys horseback riding, cooking for her friends and family, trips to the lake and planning her next exciting excursion.

Amanda (Team Coordinator)
Amanda has over seven years of experience in the event planning industry. With experience varying from small and intimate parties all the way up to large-scale, multiple-day events.
While working on her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at Drury University, Amanda had the opportunity to work with numerous vendors and community partners within the Springfield area. She continues to attend conferences and events across the country that continuously improve and elevate her event planning skills.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, kickboxing, playing golf and spending time with her friends and family.

Ariel (Team Coordinator)
Ariel has extensive experience with numerous wedding planning and event industry vendors within the Springfield community. For over ten years she has worked in the catering, floral, wedding venue, event rental, and wedding planning industries. She has also helped plan events for the Good Samaritan Boys Ranch and Lucas Oil Racetrack.
Ariel graduates this May with a Business Administration degree from Drury University.
In her free time, Ariel enjoys traveling, scrap booking, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
