Wedding Packages

Carley Jeanne Events offers a variety of wedding planning packages to fit every client’s needs. For a detailed package description and price list please give us a call!  We are able to work with each client depending on their specific wedding budget. An initial consultation is provided free of charge.

WEDDING DAY-OF-DIRECTING PACKAGE:

For the couple who has everything planned, but desires professional coordination and execution on their wedding day. Relax and enjoy your celebration…leave the details to us on your big day!

  • One in-person meeting(not including free initial consultation) and discussions via email, phone, Skype or text throughout the entire wedding planning process.
  • Meet for final walk thru of your venue site to discuss layout, logistics and design set up.
  • Coordination of rehearsal (if not run by officiant) to ensure a smooth ceremony.
  • Arrive on your wedding day to prepare the event space, set up decor items, coordinate vendor arrival, and assist with the flow of the ceremony and reception sites.
  • Tear down of ceremony and reception sites if needed.
  • Point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, family and guests at the rehearsal, and throughout the entire wedding day to answer any questions that may come up.
  • Preparation and management of ceremony processional/recessional order, detailed wedding day set up/tear down checklist and timeline to provide to your wedding party and vendors.
  • Use of wedding day emergency kit, which contains a variety of “just in case” items.

MONTH-OF DIRECTING WEDDING PACKAGE:

For the couple who needs assistance with final details the month-of their wedding, and execution of those details on their wedding day.

  • Three in-person meetings (not including free initial consultation) and discussions via email, phone, Skype or text throughout the entire wedding planning process.
  • Recommend vendors from preferred vendor list.
  • Access to preferred vendor discounts.
  • Meet for final walk thru of your venue site to discuss layout, logistics and design set up.
  • Vendor confirmation one month prior to the event. Includes: confirmation of wedding date, set up time, location, final counts and any additional questions vendors may have.
  • Coordination of rehearsal (if not run by officiant) to ensure a smooth ceremony.
  • Arrive on your wedding day to prepare the event space, set up decor items, coordinate vendor arrival, and assist with the flow of the ceremony and reception.
  • Tear down of ceremony and reception sites if needed.
